Started with a 10 minute phone conversation where you are told what the job would entail, and if you are interested. Then it went right into planning for when you could come in for an interview

None, the entire interview essentially consisted of detailed information about what you are to be doing if you choose to be hired. If you get the interview you probably are hired.

Interview
Basic questions. They asked me about my past working history and if I ever worked in an office setting. They were interested in my college experience and my future goals. It was a simple interview with basic interview questions.
