I Applied in LinkedIn, the next day I received an email from HR asking me for a phone interview.
It was a 30 minute call, they asked about my previous experience, etc. That same day I received an email from the same HR person I spoke in the phone and they asked me to come to their office for a face to face interview. I went to their Barcelona office, I had the interview with HR and the leader of the Sourcing Department. They explain me the job daily tasks, as well as what Red Points does. Finally they asked me to come for a third Interview, where I had to make a quick presentation as I was already working at Red Points.
