First was a phone call with the HR Manager. That was followed by an in person interview with HR Manager and Department Manager. Very professional and follow up was prompt.

Be prepaired for anything. this is the most random process you will ever experience. Much of it will depend on the person you interview with and the mood of the CEO that day.
You will be required to complete a skills assessment online. Its pretty standard.
