I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Rock Hill, SC) in Jan 2015
Interview
Took a tour of the facilities, had a one on one interview with a recruiter. They asked me questions about myself, my experience, my thoughts. Did a brief role play emulating what I would later find out is standard sales process and questions to expect on a call. Had a number of scenario type questions, like "what would you do if the customer came on the line agitated", and "what do you think our sales process entails." Talked a bit about the importance of understanding the customer and potentially overcoming hesitation to purchase.

Question 1
How competitive I was with work based competitions.
It was easy to average interview questions overall. However, be prepared to do a mock phone call, this took most of the interview time up. They run a test scenario on you to see your first reaction. Remember to ask about the customer problems and then end with a solution from the given brand.

Interview
Long day touring the campus and shadowing employees. Good experience. It was great to get to know the employees who worked there before actually working there. Very cool and large campus but you don't get to use the benefits very often.

Interview
I thought the process was easy. There is a group interview followed by a one on one. Make sure you stand out in the group interview, but not in an annoying way.
