Marketing Funnel where you have to do mental math quickly regarding the click through rate, response rate, ect. Followed up by basic behavioral interview questions. Happens in two separate stages with two different interviewers.

Interview
30 minute phone screening, then a 45 minute case interview, followed by full-day interviews with behavioral and case interviews. Very relaxed, informative, and you get an insightful look into the company
The interview was somewhat tricky. It felt like a lot of it was a test, and a test of things that did not pertain to the job. It wasn’t the right fit for me, and the one sentence rejection email I got after super day left me with a bad impression of the company
