First round interview is a 20 min phone call just talking about your resume and interest in the position. Second Round interview is an on the phone case interview about 45 minutes. Final round interviews are onsite in Charlotte. You show up night before the interview for a dinner with some current associates. Next morning is a 30 minute tour starting at 8am of the campus and then a behavioral interview and 2 case interviews which are back to back and all 30 minutes each. You then have a group case interview which consists of individual work using excel to get profits and then talking it over as a group and with an associate. It then concludes with talking it over with a Director who has some relatively tough questions. The position in general seems to be similar to consulting minus the traveling, but you're just focused on digital marketing stuff. The campus is cool and modern, lots of young grads.

First round consisted of a standard behavioral interview as well as a "funnel" case interview. At my college they had an information session where they covered how to succeed in the funnel case. This was very helpful, I also practiced simple mental math with percentages which helped. The onsite interview was multiple interviews involving using Excel in a group, a behavioral case interview, and another funnel case interview. I think main area I where I needed improvement was the group Excel interview. I asked a lot of questions to make sure I understood the assignment but I think that was off putting to the interviewer. Overall Red Ventures seems like a solid company to work for. I would reccomend brushing up on mental math and attending any of their information sessions at your school.
