Interview
3-step process: first, you will solve a GMAT style"ish" test and, if approved, a 2 round with 2 case interviews each. First round conducted by BD and final round by Partners.
They allocate a buddy to help you in preparing and better knowing RV which was kind of cool and my buddy was rather excited and willing to help.
Interviewrs were very friendly and engaged in the discussions, showing genuine interest about you and the interview itself. Only in one of the last round interviews that I felt my interviewer was a little bit desconect.

The process was straightforward but lengthy. It started with an HR screen, followed by a technical interview on marketing funnels (be sure to review the practice video, and mental math). Then came a super day with four rounds, covering behavioral, Excel, and marketing technical questions. The final round was a behavioral interview with a VP. I received an offer call a week later.

Worst interview process ever. Recruiters will ghost you after going through 5 stages of interview and a case study. They don't respect your time and they're wasting their time. This company is not professional (interviewers showed up late, interviewers were not interested in talking with their candidates, recruiters rescheduled interviews many times, interviewers didn't even know what they're asking) at all and their recruiting process needs to be reevaluated.

O time da Red Ventures parece incrível, mas o time de RH em si deixa a desejar. Durante o processo seletivo, demoraram muito para responder, e os emails não eram muito profissionais, inclusive continham alguns erros de gramática. Não continuei com o processo seletivo por conta disso.
