Interview was a 30-40 minute phone screen. Interviewer wasn't sure which position I applied for. She indicated that it was not their practice to interview an individual for a specific position but to "get a better understanding of my interests and skills and then to see if there is a match for an opening" which was quite frustrating. The interview itself consisted of very elementary questions - tell me about yourself, walk me through your resume, etc. Was pretty amateurish. By the end of the interveiw, it seemed pretty clear that they were as uninterested in me as I was in them. Despite her saying she would get back to me with next steps in 4-5 days, it took her 2 weeks to tell me they were not intereted in proceeding.
