2 step interview process - Phone call first for "phone presence", then face to face interview. Phone call is pretty basic, face to face interview requires a demonstrated sales pitch for a number of products to judge how "coachable" you are.

3 of them and it was a interview that was not difficult, and it had questions that were not interesting or intriguing I just answered these questions so I can see reviews. I hate this website.
Straight forward, recruiters do a good job of letting you know exactly what you'll be doing. They do a good job of explaining the benefits and room for promotion. Very interested in getting people in the door.

Process was standard, phone discussion first and heard back quickly - very educational process. Did a good job at describing the position and what to expect. Facility in Fort Mill was very nice, cool environment.
