A couple calls with a recruiter first and then go for onsite day of interviews with a panel of people cycling through the room, followed by a tour of the campus.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and then he set me up with a Director for a phone interview. The interview went well but no one reached back out after that. I followed up three separate times over a months time to both people I had contact with and no one even answered me. It’s OK if it’s a no but it’s not OK to ignore people repeatedly.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Fort Mill, SC) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process is quite long. First there is a phone screening with an HR person, then there is a phone case interview, then a day long interview with 3 case interviews and a few informal interviews. Then a call back for interviews with certain groups that is more about fit. Overall the interview process is good. However, I was personally disappointed with the interview process because I went through all of these interviews was told I did well on all of them but at the end of the interview process they said that they didn't have demand for my position. This didn't make any sense for a few reasons: 1) Why keep interviewing someone if there is no demand for that position. 2) They said that they are currently hiring and expending in pretty much all areas. I would be okay if they just said they weren't interested in me as a candidate, but that is not how the end result was handled. They sent me an email saying that they still wanted to hire me and if the demand changed they would let me know. It was very disappointing.
