      Associate, Career Launch Program Interview

      3 Aug 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Red Ventures in Apr 2024

      Interview

Process was unnecessarily long and confusing. To put this into perspective, I applied middle of March and the process went until middle of June when I received word that I did not receive the role after making it to the final interview round. 3 months for an interview process seems unnecessary and ridiculous. The process included an introductory phone call, 30 min interview, writing project, and 2 hour final interview day with 4 back-to-back 30 min interviews. Between each round of the interviewing process, at least 2 weeks went by without any or very minimal follow-up or direction from Talent Acquisition. I would not recommend going through this grueling and time consuming process.

      Interview

I applied to the Data Science Product Management Launch Program. I went through phone screening, product case interview, and an online superday that was two interviews (technical case and product pitch).

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There wasn't any behavioral questions that were really asked at all. It was mostly assessing your technical skills, product management focused and statistics.

      Interview

As you would expect for an entry-level position (including behavioral questions). Multiple rounds of interviews all held virtually with different stakeholders from the campus recruiting and hiring teams respectively. First round was a brief phone interview.
