Very intensive interview process. Several interviews and exercises to complete. Exercises were never referenced in interviews. They asked unusual questions that were too open-ended and kind of all over the place.
Phone screen, then interview with team. List of questions, kind of generic, fair, not hard. Nice offices. Didn't say much about the company or themselves. Took a long time to receive replies.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RedRover in Jan 2022
Interview
I interviewed with 3 people over zoom. Due to my cover letter and lengthy application process, I felt like there was little left uncovered at the time of the interview. The position was very similar to my current role, and I felt as though they were less interested in how I could apply my skills to their position and more interested in my day to day at my current job. Overall it was a nice interview experience with kind and caring staff.
