At Redbooth, we have an established interview process that supports the ability for both the candidate and Redbooth to define whether there is a good fit for skills and culture. It begins with a video call via Redbooth, then onsite where each candidate is able to meet with any employee of Redbooth they wish.
Generally, they meet with their peers, the hiring manager and members of the executive team.
While the process is thorough, sometimes it simply is not a good fit.
With that said, we are sorry to see an unhappy employee and we wish them tons of success in the future.
