Started with a dartmouth partners phon screen, then a zoom interview with an associate, and last part was an in person super day. Had to do behavioral and psychometric tests, as well as a writing sample
I applied online. I interviewed at Rede Partners (New York, NY) in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview was not horrible at all, but through a secondary recruiting firm at first. Not the best communication through any stages. Overall, seemed a little confusing on what they were trying to ask.
Started with a CV screening process with a Recruitment Consultant, followed by interviews with internal HR and then an Assessment Day in-person in Rede's offices followed by further interviews with leadership/senior individuals
