After applying to this position I did not hear from them for several weeks until their HR representative asked if I was still interested in the position and to send links of my work or a portfolio. Another few weeks, the hiring manager for this position scheduled a phone screen interview in-which he talked about the company and the position, but did not go into anything technical.
