A 15-minute call to discuss your resume quickly. A behavioral and Cognitive PI exam. A 30-minute call with questions about reactions to certain situations and what you do in a day. Then is the recommendations check, two professional ones to be exact. The stage after that is an on-site interview with the engineering manager.
