Interview
I met with the Branch Manager and had an rather informal interview, with basic discussion of my background, etc. We discussed what would be expected to be successful in the position and he asked a few "technical" questions to ascertain my knowledge and see if I would be a good fit for the position. Then, we briefly discussed salary expectations and he said he would get back with me soon. He called the next day and offered me the job!!

Interview
Met with CEO and had phone interview with President of the company and representative from HR. Good conversations with ample opportunities to ask questions and discuss the direction of the company.
