I applied online and was contacted the next day to come in for a interview. There was two other guys sitting on the bench waiting their turn and I was hired on pretty much the same day. Afterwards they called me in a few days later for my first day on the job! There was no orientation and no job training so be prepared to be tossed to the wolves.

Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
