Interview
No phone interview, just called straight in to the theater for an in-person interview.
Interview lasted less than half an hour. Manager asked a few quick questions about my application and personal life (school, extra-curriculars), and some scenario questions (What would you do if...?) and gave a decision on the spot.

What if it was a family member or friend?
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
