I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regal (New York, NY) in Apr 2014
Interview
It was great, they ask the standard questions about strengths an weaknesses. I moved up from being a member of the general staff so they ask specific questions on what you've learned and how much you're willing to grow. This isn't the kind of interview that will seriously prepare you for interviews for any other kind of job.

GM interviews every possible candidate. The questions asked are really straight forward. they have questions that they are required to ask in the interview. The same type of interview as when you interview for floor staff.
