Two step interview process. First interview talk about who you are as a person and what your interests are. Second part is with the general manager and getting to know them and how would you do in similar situations

Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
