Regal Rexnord Corporation interview questions

Phone, panel. The phone was 30 minutes, panel and plant tour was 2 hours. This company is ridiculous. They offered me the job, a week later decided they didnt want to pay someone as much as they offered me and recinded the offer. It was so unprofessional.

Scheduled an MS Teams interview for the position during my lunch break. Recruiter did not attend the MS Teams meeting or follow up with an email apology. I submitted an email to the hiring recruiter and rescheduled the meeting for the following week via scheduling link, no response from recruiter. Received an automated email a few days later stating after careful consideration, the company has not decided to move forward with my application. Being blown off twice without communication or an apology is highly unprofessional and a poor reflection of the company's culture.
