Flexibility is our business, so we have chosen this method of interview to allow you to complete this next stage when and where it suits you best." Great, I thought. I will do the interview this evening when I am home again with my own laptop, after my daughters' friends have left so that the house is quiet. I did some research during the day and took notes to prepare, as you do for a regular interview. As I sat down in the evening to do the interview I saw a new email from Regus in my inbox: "Unfortunately, on this occasion you have been unsuccessful and we will not be taking you forward." No further explanation as to why. So, Regus, please let me know: Why bother inviting me to the interview in the first place - "when and where it suits you best" - if you are not even going to give me a chance to complete it on the very same day? Don't waste your applicants' time. If you invite your applicant to the next stage, stick to your word. Regus is apparently a company whose word you cannot trust.
