Nice interviewer, but only interview I’ve ever been a part of where it was 30 minutes of straight technical questions, didn’t really ask about my resume at all. By far the most difficult interview I’ve had.

Describe how you would design a stop sign with wind blowing by. What cross section would you choose? How are the forces distributed across the sign?

Interview
One phone screening with technical questions, one in-person interview with six engineers from the same / adjacent departments. Questions were varied, from hand-calc analysis to FEA to manufacturing quality control.
