The campus recruitment process begins with the **Resume Shortlisting** phase, where companies filter candidates based on academic performance, technical skills, and past projects. Successful applicants then move to the **Online Assessment (OA)**, which typically includes aptitude tests, coding challenges, or core subject evaluations. Candidates who clear the OA are invited for **Interview Rounds**, covering technical expertise and behavioral fit. Finally, top-performing students receive a **Final Offer Letter**, formally securing their placement and outlining the terms of employment.
