Technical written test, if you clear it with good marks, HR round is just a formality. In technical test they ask 60 objective type questions, total time limit is 90 minutes. Questions are mainly about process valves, unit operations, control systems i.e., difference between PD, PI, and PID controller. Then questions about chemical process calculations, about dew point, partial pressure, boiling point. questions related to distillation column, vaporizer and heat exchanger. In short, related to subjects directly applicable in chemical process industry.
