I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Relief International.

    Interview

Easy questions about experience, expertise, career goals. Got the interview and maybe a week later i was offered the position. The process was very fast but that could also be due to the fact that they needed someone to start right away

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Relief International (Los Angeles, CA (US)) in January 2016.

    Interview

Was interviewed by two department heads and the branch office chief. Stressful three-on-one environment but questions were straightforward. I applied in December but didn't hear back until several weeks later. The interview offer was very enthusiastic so I don't know why the delay was so long. After the interview I got an offer within a week.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Relief International (Washington, DC (US)).

    Interview

Contacted for phone interview with one individual - quite thorough. Heard nothing for 6 weeks, then a second phone interview by the same person, another very long delay, then 'exploding offer' emailed.

    Negotiation

Poor negotiation phase, HR sent an 'exploding offer' (valid for 24h) offering me below what job advertised as. Would not negotiate at all.
