Received an email from HR thanking me for my interest and stated they were excited to move forward with the interview process.
I scheduled my interview availability via their online scheduling tool. Then, nothing. I followed up with the HR who emailed me to ensure they received my availability. I was told that I would be contacted for an interview date/time.
About a week later, I received another email from HR again saying they're interested and to select times for an interview. Again, nothing.
The company is new, but I find it hard to believe they'll be able to grow if they can't get the hiring/interview process down.
I've marked this start up off my list and moved on. Good luck to anyone who is contacted for an interview. Hopefully you'll actually have one.

They have multiple rounds of interview to determine if you are a fit for the company and making sure the company is a fit for your likes. They take great steps in ensuring that the employee they are bringing on will be a great teammate to the company.
