Renaissance Construction interview questions

I had the interview at company's headoffice which located in Ankara. I had conversation with HR supervisor and technical manager in interview room. I took approximately 40 mins. It was quite difficult actually. They both looked like in tension (I dont know why) and it made me nervous. Anyway after long conversations, i thought like i never gonna get an offer from company. But somehow HR supervisor called me back and gave the company offer. After that visa and work permit documentation had started for my russian vacancy.
