Interview
They contacted me after 1 month of applying and said that they had been trying to fill the position for 2 months. Then they asked me questions and then the next week I wrote them asking if I would continue in the hiring process and they said the position had been filled

Interview
I went through three interviews and an Excel assessment (administered between the second and final interview). I didn’t receive an offer, which is perfectly fine, but I did get ghosted which is certainly not. I think it’s insanely rude and unprofessional to not at least send a one sentence email updating candidates if they didn’t get the job. It’s unfortunate because the process was otherwise fairly positive.
By the way, this was 3 1/2 years ago so maybe the process is better now. I’m going through another job search now and I have decided on principle to leave reviews for every company that has ever ghosted me after this many interviews, which frankly is not a number that should be higher than zero. I can graciously accept rejection, but not disrespect. I hope you no longer do this to prospective candidates.

Interview
Started with informal interview with CEO, then moved on to interviews with CFO and different staff members. It was a good process, with thoughtful questions and diverse representation from within the org.
