HR person was a intern without knowledge nor experienced on interview processes Wich gives the impression that you had no importance for the company that is hiring you. Very Weak impression overall
First process is interview with HR people and after that detailed interview with related position managers. And TOEIC exam results is important to enter this job also. HR can contact with you if you accepted or not

It was really easy. You don't need to take any assessment. Only TOEIC is required. The working environment is super amazing. Nowadays, lots of people are leaving the company because of their salary position.
