Renton School District interview questions

The interview consisted of questions and a practical mock teaching scenario. There were basic get-to-know-you type questions, questions about pedagogy and content knowledge and many questions related to equity and DEI, and questions about working with marginalized communities. There was also a question that asked you to take the stance of a student participating in a number talk and discuss how you saw a shape that was presented.
