I applied online, as I progressed I received a written test to do - this was a bit hard - and an online interview and then an in-person interview. In the in person element the written test was presented to me with corrections and I had to implement it.

Questions relation to managing competing deadlines, the criticism reprieve faces for their work and how to handle that for example at public events, if I can do boring admin tasks, and how I would manage numerous things being due at once. As well as questions on the racial and political elements of certain work ie relating to clients who have extremely different and jarring backgrounds. How I would collaborate with my team in a busy time with multiple deadlines.

Test sent by email and online interview. Lengthy questions about specific scenario that were difficult to answer. Lots of follow up questions. 4 person panel who were nice. Emails with updates were good and answered questions.
