MY OFFER WAS RESCINDED AFTER ACCEPTING
I was 2 months into my 3 month notice period at the previous company, when Residently decided to rescind the offer due to "a board decision to implement a hiring freeze".
As for the interview, it was a 3 stage process:
- intro chat
- live technical assessment
- chat with CTO, followed by meeting some of the team
