I interviewed at Resource Solutions Group (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
Good. People were nice during the interview. They made sure that I understand the role and get my thoughts on their plans for the position I applied for. They were accommodating every time I ask questions and answer them immediately.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Resource Solutions Group (Bristol, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
20 minute telephone chat followed by 1 hour 30 interview with 4 different people. MD, very senior consultant and consultant, internal recruiter, and trainer. which was a bit much in my opinion,
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Resource Solutions Group in Feb 2018
Interview
NEVER GO NEAR THIS ORGANISATION
I sent in my CV to be told that I didn't have a skill which was my MAIN skill over the last 20 years. What does that say about an organisation when they obviously don't even read the CV
When I challenged this I was told to resend the CV highlighting this which I did but it was OBVIOUSLY CLEAR if the manager had read my CV in the first place then I would have been interviewed based on my experience.
Coincidently when I submitted my CV highlighting my specific skills I was told that they had 3 candidates already at interview stage. SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE.
The role has not been filled so I applied again and TO MY SURPRISE I have not received feedback.
The organisation is only interested if your face fits and not what skills you could bring to the organisation.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AS A SUPPLIER EVER AGAIN.
