I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Restaurant Brands International (Zürich) in Apr 2023
Interview
First apply only with CV, then 2 behavioral interviews to value the fit then if you move forward one technical case related to the industry and a final round in the office with a presentation to senior managers. It is similar to the interview process for consulting companies.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Restaurant Brands International (Miami, FL) in Feb 2018
Interview
Applied after a posting on MBA school's Career Site.
1 Pre-Interview round - about 10 minutes. Was asked a couple of behavioral questions. Very basic and no stress. Just wanted to gauge interest levels.
3 Rounds of intervies:
1) A behavioral round - 45 minutes. Questions focussing on high school, undergrad and MBA accomplishments. Very unsusual and fast paced interview. Interviewer wanted to get through as many questions as possible.
Got through to next round.
2) Case Interview - 45 minutes. Fun interview regarding basic pricing questions and some new product introduction questions. Had around 10 total questions. Interviewer was helpful and guided me through questions.
4) Two final round interviews with senior executives. Heavily focussedn on Fit questions. Wanted to know why RBI and if I had been following the financial statements of RBI. Felt like a stress interview to an extent.
Haven't heard back since the final rounds, been about 20 days since I gave the interview. I'm sure its a rejection but HR needs to really make sure they give timely response to candidates.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Person from HR asked me about 3 most important accomplishments during college and 3 most important accomplishments during my MBA.
The case interview was longer than I expected - about 10 questions. Questions started with how RBI makes money, how the franchisees make money and what costs each of them has. The case was about a store remodel.
