Completed the application, had to follow up several times and finally got an interview. The interview was on Skype. I was on camera but the interviewer was not.

Phone and Skype interview. Just going over past skills and job history, and agreeing to the minimum required hours for this position. Also, they have you browse a website and read off common items you'll be dealing with on the job. Easiest interview I've ever had.
