I applied for the position and then took a transcribing test soon after. It was mostly to see how well I was able to follow their guidelines for projects. As soon as I got my passing results I was able to begin.

Question 1
I had to answer questions regarding grammar and formatting.
You are required to do a transcription. You are also asked basic English questions. These are to check your spelling, punctuation and, basically the understanding of the English language. You are then required to finish a transcription. The results of the test are never communicated with the applicant and you can only reapply after about three months.

There isn't necessarily an interview but there is a test that you have to pass that test your grammar and your comprehension of the English language. There are videos on youtube that help with the preparation for the tests.
