Applied to LeadCrunch online. I had a phone interview. Then came into the office and was interviewed by four different people. The in person interview was about 2 hours long. I emailed two different points of contact about the next steps and never heard back. After spending 2 hours in the office, I deserved at least an email saying they went with another candidate. Instead I was completely ghosted and felt like my time was not valued whatsoever.
