Initial Screen-er interview lasts abt 10-15 minutes, covering interest, past experience, and some boilerplate HR stuff. The HR recruiter that reached out then scheduled a technical interview for about 5 days later, and provided a number of resources to prep for the interview. After the technical interview, another interview (abt 2 days later) with another HR rep for an hour. Everyone was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful.
