Inteview process was pretty simple and straightforward. I had one interview where I met with one of the cafe managers and was asked to go through my resume and relevant experience.
Quick process, only had one interview done. Asked about past experience but not knowing how to be a barista wasn’t an automatic no. They told me all the different positions that FOH rotated around and asked about how I worked with so many customers/fast past environment.
