Daunting! You interview 5-6 times and take hours of assessments, spend minimum 10 hours away from your current position and family. When you do not get the position, a couple weeks later you get a generic email from HR. Also, seem very discriminating. If you are not single, male or without children do not bother. Many more opportunities with better pay.
