Online testing and personality questionnaire at home. Followed by phone interview from HR in the US. Finally, an interview in person at workplace where you retake the online tests again to prove it was you taking it at home. Then second interview with the director. After you are offered the position you are invited in for a mandatory drugs test. Then you are finally sent a job offer/employment contract and you can start the job.

A large zoom call in an office with someone either elsewhere in the building or remote. I was moved to a room with a large screen and the interviewer was a few minutes late.

Be prepared for multiple rounds of interviews. The initial round is an assessment round. Make sure you have prepared for a typing test and come prepared with an extra resume in hand. Once they have vetted you. They may give you a call back to set up an interview for the job you applied for. Again, come prepared.
