TERRIBLE! by far the worst interview process ever. Not only you get tested on things that are irrelevant to your job/background. This a "Hire American, buy American" Place of work. I heard stories from former employees. Micromanagement, corruption, racism, sexism. This sounds like a toxic work place. I rejected their offer for the following reasons: 1- Unprofessional treatment: They talk to you, and micromanage you even during the hiring process. at home exam, where they ask you a LOT of personal info (that are illegal. For example, they won't hire you if you smoke tobacco. Nicotine is an addictive substance, addiction is a disability! They treat you like a High School Freshman. When my qualifications far exceed the "manager" interviewing me. I'm pretty sure that individual is related to one of the higher ups, but anyways, he was rude. 2- Toxic work culture. (Ask any previous employees) 3- Low pay, (50% lower then what other companies offered me) 4- The pointless "test" they make you take. You're better than this. Don't work here.
