After applying, you take an assessment, followed by an initial interview, and then a math and logic test, where they care about quality over quantity. For the assessment, if there is something you disagree/agree with even slightly, answer in the extremes (no in-between/middle-ground answers). For the math test, I literally only answered one math question and one question about logic out of 100-something and got the job.
