I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Mississauga, ON) in May 2014
Interview
They emailed you first and asked you come to their missisauga office only let you do logic questions. I remembered it's 3 kinds of questions: alphabet, pattern and math problem solving. It's the same as what they give you as a practice in the email attachment but just tons of more. They have guessing penalty but skip ones score zero.
Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

Interview
I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.

Interview
Sent in my resume and a few days later was invited to complete a predictive index which matches my personality greatly. Once that was completed I received a phone call to complete an interview
