Interview
Had phone screens and in-person interview with the HR Director, COO, and other members of Leadership. The interview process was well organized and well run. I feel I met with the appropriate members of RIQI in order for them to assess my fit, as well as for me to get to know the organization and the role. Interviewers made me feel comfortable and reflected the culture and values of RIQI.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions asked during the interview were challenging but fair, and attempted to get a sense for fit for the role and organization, as well as the culture and values of the organization, as well as my experience level and ability to serve in the role for with I was interviewing.

Interview
I agree with other online comments regarding conflicting senior members' perceptions throughout the interview process. It isn't surprising this role has been open almost a year, as the position reports to a senior officer who doesn't possess strong marketing knowledge. Other directors were involved in the interview process who didn't have clear input nor consensus on the position, therefore muddying it further. The role has potential however this won't come to fruition unless this individual has autonomy, budgets and support from senior management.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions were difficult. It was the conflict between senior members that was time consuming and disrespectful of a candidate's time. While some ambiguity is expected with new roles, in this position no one possessed a clear concept nor agreement.
