the interview was fairly behavioural and had several steps. i took about 4 interviews in total. there was no technical piece to the interivews. overall the interview process was fairly straightforward and took about 2 weeks to complete
I applied through online channel with an employee referral -> hr interview for background questions and behavior ones -> manager interview like why the company, why this job, future directions -> second manager interview -> offer. Smooth processes. Straightforward. Did not require Excel test or technical stuff

Interview
Interview process was long (took over 2 months from beginning to offer) but straight forward process. Interview with HR, then the hiring manager. Questions are to test your fit, personality and a mix of situational questions.
