Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews, including cases over a period of a month. Interviews were with a VP and one interview with partners - 90% of the partner interview was an internal discussion between VP and partner and result of one test and was very unprofessional. Overall I would avoid this company - pay is less than Big 4 consulting and the interview process is not as clean.

Cash flow analysis, mental math, excel test, error spotting test, business case
Lots of case studies and newspeak about company culture. Case studies incentivize you to chose the less ethical option in order to make a profit. Would not recommend as the process is extremely laborious for a mid market firm that not many people have heard of.
