Interview
The process started with a phone interview with the Associates/VP's. This stage included a number of "get to know you" questions, as well as a few technical i-banking questions (valuation) and broad, open-ended questions on the tech market. This was then followed by in-preson interviews with the Associates/VP's and Managing Directors. The in-person interview was essentially a deeper dive on all of the topics covered in the phone interview stage.
